When I realized I wanted to buy a home, I had no idea about the process or where to begin. Jeanne explained every step in great length and assured I was not only comfortable but confident when it came time to make decisions. Throughout the process I reached out to Jeanne with questions, and every time I received a rapid response. It was as if she put my priorities before hers, on each occasion. Due to my picky and meticulous ways, it took several months to find a home that I was even interested in. Jeanne never made the process feel rushed and she continued to work diligently to meet my wants and needs. At times I felt that I would never find what I was looking for. Jeanne assured me that would not be the case. After several months of looking, I found the home I loved. If Jeanne had not been as comforting and helpful as she was, I can not say that I would have continued looking. I can not thank Jeanne enough for making this experience, the BEST experience ever. Without question I will definitely utilize Jeanne in the future for my next home purchase.
